REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY: Higher Level Teaching Assistant & SEND Administrator (Permanent) 

Hours of work:  35 hours per week (Full time)

Monday to Friday:  8:30 am to 4.00 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Term Time + 5 INSET days

         Salary: Grade 4, Range Pts 9-17, £24,734 - £28,148

(26 days holiday included)

St Julie’s Catholic High School is a popular and oversubscribed school for girls, situated in the conservation area of Woolton Village, South Liverpool.  In September 2017, we moved into our brand new £23 million school building. 

In May 2023 OFSTED graded St. Julie’s as Good with Outstanding features, with the same judgement reached by the Catholic Schools’ Inspectorate in February 2024.

We are seeking to appoint an HLTA & SEND Administrator to support teaching and learning for SEN pupils under the supervision of the SENDCo. The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role and will be expected  to work with staff as part of a professional team to support teaching and learning for SEN pupils, to provide specialist assistance to pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning, such as those with moderate, severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties and/or behavioural, social, communication, sensory or physical disabilities, to support other staff under the direction, guidance and direct supervision of the SENDCo, and to work with colleagues to plan, develop and implement administrative processes within the school under the general direction or guidance of the SENDCo.
