Congratulations to Emmie in 8N who recently swam for Cheshire county in national competition.

She was chosen to represent Cheshire in the annual National Counties Championship which this year was held in Ponds Forge Sports Centre in Sheffield.

Emmie swam the 50m butterfly leg of the 200m relay and an individual 100m butterfly race, taking an eighth place out of the 16 swimmers respresenting the nation's most talented swimmers.

The outstanding team performance saw the Cheshire team elevated to the first division for next year's competition.
