Our MFL department have once again transformed their corridors into a European Christmas Market, raising funds for Marie Curie.
The annual event is a celebration of European culture, embracing the spirit of a traditional Christmas market with fun games, sales, the ever popular hot chocolate and prizes galore!
This year's market has raised over £700 so far for Marie Curie, with 6 tickets for the Andy Warhol exhibition at the Tate and 2 tickets for the Unity Theatre's 'Rumpelstiltskin' still to be raffled.
This huge sum was achieved largely through the incredibly generous support of local firms, gently appealed to by Mrs Rankin, one of our former teachers.
Our profound thanks go to Morans music shop, Williams and Cobourn hairdressers, Serenity in Woolton Village, The Makeover Rooms, Tesco, and Coast Bistro for their generous support, and of course to everyone who so generously shopped at the market.
