REQUIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE:  Information Services Assistant

Contract:  Full Time – 35 hours per week, Term Time Only + 1 week during school holidays 

Salary:  Grade 3, Pt 5-9    £21,097-£22,538

St Julie’s Catholic High School is a popular and oversubscribed school for girls, situated in the conservation area of Woolton Village, South Liverpool.  In September 2017, we moved into our brand new £23 million school building. 

GCSE and Sixth Form results demonstrate excellent progress since our last inspection with a Progress 8 score in line with national and strong KS5 results for A-level and BTEC.  In May 2023 OFSTED graded St. Julie’s as Good with Outstanding features. We are seeking to appoint an Information Services Assistant to support the work of the Information Services Team.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role and will be proficient and skilled in a range of software.  They will be organised and able to prioritise tasks and follow through to completion whilst able to continue working under pressure.  They will be expected to respond to helpdesk requests and provide support for the use and maintenance of ICT equipment.  They will assist in producing internal and external documents and assist in the processing of school data including student performance, exam results and preparation and delivery of public and internal examinations.
