Following a record-breaking three-year West End residency and sold out tour, this week, 75 Performing Arts students were lucky enough to see the critically acclaimed musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie in the Liverpool Empire.

The musical tells the story of Jamie, a sixteen year old living on a council estate in Sheffield. Jamie doesn’t quite fit in but supported by his brilliant loving mum and surrounded by his friends, Jamie overcomes prejudice, beats the bullies and steps out of the darkness into the spotlight.

Students were impressed by the fantastic chorography, catchy songs and fabulously funny moments.
