Year 12 students have had a further opportunity to experience the world of work this week when they embarked on their placements across the city.

Employment sectors included law, science, health and childcare to name but a few. Work Experience enables students to gain a greater understanding of the work environment and employer expectations.

It also gives them the opportunity to explore possible career options and develop work-related competencies and skills. Feedback from students and employers has been overwhelmingly positive and we wish them a safe and happy summer holiday.
