Year 10 enjoyed a presentation delivered by former student Catherine Devine this morning as part of our National Careers Week programme of activities.
Catherine spoke to Year 10 about her career as an actor, and how she progressed to theatre school since leaving St Julie's.
Catherine always wanted to act from a young age and shared with students the highs and lows of auditions but most importantly shared the advice that if you should always be ambitious, because this determination is what shapes us. Whatever the ambition may be, all roads lead to success if you're focused and driven.
Catherine then shared her expertise and inspiring career journey with our Year 12 BTEC Drama students. We're very grateful to Catherine for sharing her time, talents and experience with us today.
