14 Year 8 students attended a Mind, body and soul event at Toxteth Firepit focusing on mental and social health.
The activities included pizza making, rollerblading and kinball, table tennis and working out in the gym.
The students learned the importance of using physical activity to help their mental and social health and thoroughly enjoyed themselves!
