Today Year 11 GCSE Dance students completed their choreography practical assessments.
For this unit of the course students have to create a piece of dance based on a given stimuli from the exam board. This unit really tested the students creativity, time management, organisation and communication as they created their own dances.
The students were able to create diverse and extremely imaginative pieces that were inspiring to watch.
Well done to Year 11 who were great role models to our younger students who performed in their pieces! Mrs Heeley and the Year 11 choreographers would like to thank all students who performed today and have shown great commitment throughout this process.
