Congratulations to the students in our Drama Company who performed at the 2017 Now Festival for their superb winning performance!
Nearly two hundred children and young people from local schools delivered a range of dramatic performances at the Epstein Theatre exploring mental health and their rights as children during Children’s Mental Health Week.
Our students performed a hard hitting piece entitled 'Hide and Seek' based on Article 35, 'Governments must protect children from being abducted, sold or moved illegally to a different place in or outside their country for the purpose of exploitation.'
The girl’s performance was awarded 'Overall Best Performance' of the 3 day festival. Congratulations to all of them, and to Miss Douglas for her hard work in preparation.
