Students Destined For University!

We’ve had a jubilant morning at St. Julie’s today, as students have achieved fantastic results at A level taking them to university destinations including Liverpool, Plymouth, Newcastle and Queens College, Cambridge!

Olivia Kingston was “amazed” at her A*AAA results, and she joins Newcastle University studying Pharmacology. Demi Brant was delighted with her A*A*AA results as she begins her Maths degree at the University of Liverpool. Leah Woodward “couldn’t be happier” with her A*AA  results as she starts a gap year.

We’re particularly delighted to congratulate Sofia Riccio on her A*A*A*A results and wish her well at Queens College, Cambridge, where she will be reading Natural Sciences.

Deputy Head, Mrs McCourt, said “We’re delighted that so many of our students have reached their chosen destinations this year. The huge increase in the top A and A* grades that we’ve enjoyed this year is a clear reflection of the dedication and application of our hard working students and staff and is even more impressive in that it goes against the trend nationally.”

We’d like to say congratulations to all of our students in Years 12 and 13 for their success, and we’re looking forward to taking our AS students through to successful A level results next year.
