The Chamber Choir and the Intermediate Choir enjoyed a day out to the prestigious Wirral Festival of Music during the Easter holidays, to compete with many other choirs across Merseyside. The Intermediate Choir won first place with a score of 87 (distinction) in the Under 15's category, with a sparkling rendition of Disney's 'Let It Go' and their set piece 'As Long As I Have Music.'

The Chamber Choir were delighted to have been awarded third place with a score of 87 (distinction) in the Under 19's category. They sang a moving rendition of Irish folk song 'Danny Boy' and followed with a specially arranged 'Rock n Pop Medley,' which was comprised of some of the girls favourite songs and arranged by Choir Director Mrs Newton. The judge had one word for their performance of the medley on the day - "tremendous!"
