St Julie’s Catholic High School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, governors, volunteers and visitors to share this commitment
It was not so much Hallow-een as Hallow-eat at St. Julie’s on 31st October, 2017.
Three enterprising and compassionate Year 8 students - Emilia, Jessica and Erin – organised a very popular Bake Off and cake sale in aid of Cancer Research UK. They made a promotional video and publicised the event themselves.
There were some really splendid entries and generous donations of tasty morsels which were sold very quickly indeed. You could say they went like hot cakes, only they weren't - hot, that is.
Special praise to Ava, Grace, Daisy, Matilda and Caitlin (Y7) and Gaby, Izobel, Holly, Ruby, Lucia, Emily, Lucy and Molly (Y8) and Mrs O'Brien and Mrs Hardiman!
The event raised £127 = thanks to all involved!
