Our Junior Athletics Team are continuing their impressive season, with a growing haul of medals.

A win in the first round of the English Schools athletics competition at the Oval in Bebington set up an entry in the North West of England final. Despite a fantastic effort the competition against the top twelve schools in the region proved too stiff and the girls felt disappointed with a hard fought eighth place.

This doubled their resolve in further competition, and they bounced back with a sterling performance in the Liverpool City Championship from which they brought back 36 medals to add to the 44 medals earned at the Merseeyside Catholic Games.
