Are you a teacher who will:
St. Julie's Catholic High School, in the trusteeship of the Sisters of Notre Dame, is currently undergoing a £21 million investment in a new school building, opening Autumn 2017. The principal aim of our school is to put into practice the words of the school's patron saint, St. Julie Billiart, "Let them be taught what is necessary for life". St Julie’s is a large voluntary aided 11-18 school, for girls, with boys admitted into sixth form. The successful candidate will support the governors' commitment for the school to continue to be the secondary school of choice for Catholic girls in South Liverpool and the surrounding area. We provide a Catholic education to girls of all faiths and none, as part of our educational Mission.
The progress of students in English was significantly above national again in 2016. If you think you can motivate and enthuse students of all abilities to achieve the best possible outcomes in English and contribute to this continued success then you are the person we wish to meet. The successful candidate will support the governors' commitment for the school to continue to be the secondary school of choice for Catholic girls in South Liverpool.
