At St Julie’s Catholic High School the wellbeing and mental health of our students is highly valued and important to us. We've collected lots of resources for students to access in the wellbeing course on our school VLE (student login required).
We are committed to supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of our pupils and staff.
We know that everyone experiences life challenges that can make us vulnerable and at times, anyone may need additional emotional support.
These wellbeing pages provide helpful resources and signposting to other useful websites.
Mental wellbeing doesn't have one set meaning. We might use it to talk about how we feel, how well we're coping with daily life or what feels possible at the moment.
Good mental wellbeing doesn't mean you're always happy or unaffected by your experiences. But poor mental wellbeing can make it more difficult to cope with daily life (Mind.co.uk).
