During our most recent and very positive parents' consultation meeting, very valid concerns were raised that the selection of options had to be made before the Year 9 parents' meeting had taken place.

In response to this, the final options selection process has now been deferred so that the submissions deadline will be Friday 23rd April. This will allow parents to discuss choices with subject teachers where they feel this will be helpful. Option blocks will be published before Easter, affording the pupils some extra time to make their choices.

We hope that this change will be helpful to all concerned, and allow our pupils to make the most informed and appropriate choices for their Key Stage 4 education.
