Year 12 STEM Students Join Prestigious Project

On Wednesday Miss Peers and a team Year 12 students enrolled on the National Engineering Education Scheme based at The University of Liverpool.

The team of four who all study STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) subjects will be working on a real life project over the next six months. The team will be working alongside Arup, which is a city centre based engineering firm, to produce a full report, a prototype and to deliver a presentation to industry professionals.

On the scheme launch day the team were asked to complete several challenges including building a rollercoaster! Look out for more updates about our team over the next six months.
