And The Winners Are...

And The Winners Are...

At the end of last term, Head Prefect – Gemma – and her two deputies, Katie and Layla, announced the winners of the overall House Championship.  This championship involves attendance, punctuality, merits and commendations and each Year group has an end of term assembly where that group’s results are revealed and loads of prizes are handed out to the worthy winners.

The overall Championship over all year groups was a close run thing but 3rd place was occupied by Rigby.  The runners up were Therese and the Champion House for Pentecost Term 2019 was …. Maria, retaining their title from Lent Term.

So, this week, Hannah – a member of the 1804 Society and Head of Maria – had the honour and pleasure of raising the Maria flag in the Peace Garden at St. Julie’s to fly until one of the other houses can knock Maria of the top step of the podium!

Well done to all in Maria!
