Year 11 Celebrate!

Year 11 Celebrate!

We were delighted to welcome our Year 11 students back into school for a celebration of their time together so far at St. Julie's.

Student began their event by robing into the navy academic gowns that it was their privilege to wear for the ceremony.

Suitably gowned, the students joined together in the Chapel for a fond remembrance of all that they have shared in the last five years. There was laughter and there were tears, as messages of advice and good will from Form Tutors were played.

We enjoyed moments of reflection before the ceremonial issue of stoles by Mrs Navarro, as she placed the ornamental sash on the shoulders of each students, marking a final moment together as Progress Leader and Student.

After a raucous display of some 'vintage' Year 7 photos, our students moved to the Dining Room for a first class tea prepared by our kitchen staff.

We wish our students a safe and happy summer, and look forward very much to welcoming them back on results day to celebrate achievement and in September to achieve even more as Sixth Form students!
