St Julie’s Catholic High School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, governors, volunteers and visitors to share this commitment
Year 11 students have devised and prepared some delicious meals under great time pressure in their practical food preparation exam.
The exam is a very challenging task, with a two course meal having to be planned and prepared to a design brief and in accordance with some strict nutritional requirements.
The students prepared all elements of the meal from scratch, including preparing their own bread and pasta. Very well done to all of the students for their inspiring work.
