This week we have been delighted to host the 2017 Catholic Schools Choir Competition featuring four schools.
The choir of St. Julie's pitched itself against three visiting choirs, from St. John Bosco Arts College, Notre Dame Catholic College and the Academy of St. Nicholas.
Each choir performed two pieces, and our renditions of 'O Holy Night' and 'Roar' filled the theatre with beautiful sounds but weren't quite enough to pip overall winners Notre Dame in the considered opinion of visiting judges Miss Danielle Thomas, Mr Steven Mannings and Dr Christopher McElroy.
