The Year 10 History classes enjoyed a fun trip to Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire on Tuesday 11th July. Hardwick Hall was built between 1590 and 1597 and is an architecturally significant Elizabethan House in England and a leading example of the time period.
Pupils will be studying Elizabethan England in Year 11 and Hardwick Hall provided them with a key insight into life at the time. The pupils had a fabulous day exploring the house and grounds and learnt a lot about Elizabethan life which will aid them in their studies next year.
