On Tuesday 28th March, St Julie's received a visit from the Reading Quality Mark assessment team. We are delighted to announce that we received a Gold award!
Mrs Wells, the assessor, was very pleased with the opportunities that pupils have at St Julie's to read for pleasure. Reading is at the centre of our school culture as it is a vital skill to secure excellence in academic life.
During her visit, Mrs Wells met with staff, parents and students and was very impressed with the passion and commitment everyone had for reading. Thank you to all involved in making this project a success!
