We are delighted to announce our new School Councils for 2015/16. Well done to all students who were voted in by their peers on Thursday 19th November. We wish them the very best of luck in their new roles.
The role of the Key Stage Council will be to give feedback on enjoyment or curricular and extra-curricular activities, suggested improvements, welfare arrangements and supporting Information Advice and Guidance (IAG). This is a prestigious role and will support students in developing and enhancing a number of key skills such as: debating; analysis; development of student voice; listening skills and to provide critical and timely suggestions to the Leadership Team.
The role of the Senior Council will be to strategically plan for improvements in provision across the school, as well as to support and implement any recommendations from the Year Group and Key Stage Councils.
