BTEC Students Rock The Loft!

Congratulations to our Year 12 BTEC Performance Students who have staged a great show at 'The Loft' in Woolton Village.

The show spanned music from across the decades starting at the forties and going right through to the present day.

The concert forms a piece of coursework for the BTEC course, and all the students stepped up with dazzling performances that prompted one appreciative audience member to get in touch with us!

Mrs Sanders, who popped in after a meal with friends in Woolton Village, told us: "I wondered why The Loft was so busy on a Tuesday evening. On entering we were treated to outstanding performances from your Year 12 students who were hosting a music night. Each and every one were extremely talented and confident and it was lovely to see the teaching staff supporting them. In a world where we are quick to complain I just wanted to compliment the girls and the staff, they are a credit to St Julie's and made a normally boring Tuesday evening most pleasant! Well done to all of them."

We'd certainly like to thank Mrs Sanders for her comments and to echo those sentiments. Congratulations to all of the students, and a big thank you to Mr Quinn, Mr Smith and Mr Pearson who worked hard in helping the students to prepare, and to all the staff at 'The Loft' for hosting our concert for us.
