Once again, the Design & Technology department delivered their Healthy Lifestyle event as part of the most recent PHSE day and the Year 7 pupils engaged themselves in a variety of activities that are designed to demonstrate and promote the values of healthy living and a healthier way of life.

Pupils experienced multi-cultural opportunities from Spanish dance performances to African bag gardens, healthy cooking using Chinese stir-fry and a variety of design skills to promote the whole event. Some pupils had the opportunity to show off their football skills with the Everton Football Club trainees whilst others engaged in boxercise and a bleep test activity with Merseyside Police.

Feedback from pupils and staff has been extremely positive and all agree it was a great way to practice a healthier lifestyle in a practical way. We hope everbody involved enjoyed the day!
