St Julie’s Catholic High School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, governors, volunteers and visitors to share this commitment

To celebrate the arts and talent of our young people, this year St Julie’s Catholic High School will launch ‘Arts School’, a performing arts festival which will take place on 1st and 2nd December 2018.

There will be categories in Dance, Drama and Music and age ranges from Year 7 to Year 13 to allow all students a chance to showcase their work in one festival.

The schedule of the festival is outlined below and will be confirmed once schools have entered the festival.

Saturday 1st December

DRAMA KS3 Solos + Groups

DRAMA KS4 Solos + Groups

DRAMA KS5 Solos + Groups

MUSIC KS3 Solos + Groups

MUSIC KS4 Solos + Groups

Sunday 2nd December

Work can range from A-Level/GCSE/BTEC exam work, extra-curricular club pieces or performances designed especially for the festival.

There will be 10 performances per category (Drama group pieces will be 5 per category due to timings) and we ask that schools enter no more than 2 performance to each category to allow for all schools to compete.

A full list of entry requirements and details can be found in the full information pack. To register your interest and obtain an information pack, please contact Miss Douglas.

We look forward to seeing you at the festival.
